The Lifetime plan includes everything in Pro — unlimited assets, unlimited team members, MASA AI, advanced reports, and credential vault — for a single one-time payment. You also get every future feature update at no extra cost, and priority support that never downgrades. No subscriptions. No annual renewals. Pay once, own it forever.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately — you'll be billed a prorated amount for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current features until then.
You'll be prompted to choose a Starter or Pro plan. Your data is fully preserved — every asset, client, credential, and renewal record stays intact. If you decide not to continue, you can export everything as CSV before the trial ends. Nothing disappears overnight.
No contracts, no lock-ins. All plans are month-to-month by default. If you choose annual billing you prepay 12 months at a 20% discount. You can cancel any time from your billing settings — no phone calls, no hoops to jump through.
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, email hello@renewalq.com with your account email and we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked, processed within 1–2 business days.
Billing is handled by Dodo Payments, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor built for merchants. We support all major credit and debit cards and payment methods. All amounts are in USD with applicable taxes shown at checkout.
Unlimited means no cap — hard, soft, or otherwise. Track 10,000 assets if you want. Add every person on your team. We won't throttle your account, send warnings, or charge extra. Pro is a flat rate regardless of scale.
Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256 GCM using a zero-knowledge architecture — all encryption and decryption happens entirely in your browser. renewalQ servers never see your plaintext passwords. Asset and client data is stored on Supabase, hosted on AWS, ensuring data residency worldwide.
